Let's look at the Australian Pitcher in very Slow Mo. Wonder why they don't penalise it. Maybe Charles can send it to the higher-ups and see what they say? Or else, anyone of us attending our certification will have a problem of whether to penalise or not, So Charles, how?

In my opinion it is a Crow Hop. Have sent the posting to Neville Lawrence in Aust. Lets see what he has to say about it.
ReplyDeleteGreat to see how they are going to assess their win. It was more surprising that on the second pitch by the NZ pitcher, he was penalised with an illegal pitch - crow hop while it was the Aussie picther who was doing it all along and so clearly especially when he wanted a change-up.
